Derek (Dirka) is our Chief Operations Officer and Head Chef. Derek is a Colorado Native, with over 20+ years of experience at the Happy Cooker. He develops and creates our awesome and consistent menu AND he ensures the best experience for our Guests.
Lori & Mike are retired brew/beer people (Coors of course!) with 30+ years experience in Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Tasting (beer). They are responsible for the finance, compliance and marketing aspects of the Happy Cooker, as well keeping the whole family happy.
